Founding MorningStar International, Inc.
Starr launched her nonprofit journey as Founder and Executive Director of MorningStar International, Inc., dedicating years to serving youth in Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI. Providing programs and initiatives to guide inner-city youth and low-income families who lacked access to leadership and operational frameworks that could change the trajectory of their lives.
Building Enterprise Solutions for Organizations
Simultaneously, Starr built deep expertise helping corporations and government entities implement and optimize ERP solutions, covering financial management, IT, operations, HR, and revenue. Her integrated approach bridges the gap between technology implementation and the human change management required to make it stick.
Recognizing the Critical Gap
After building experience across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, Starr identified a consistent gap: communication, training, leadership development, operational strategy, and organizational vision were often not effectively introduced or aligned across departments, divisions, cultures, and levels of management.
She set out to change that, bridging the gap between executive vision and everyday execution by translating high-level strategy into practical, scalable frameworks that empower individuals at every level to lead, perform, and adapt in a rapidly evolving world.
